• AI Timely Posts is sold as a one-site license on a 3-month plan or an annual plan, as described at checkout.
• Your plugin downloads and license details are available in your dashboard after checkout.
• A license covers the number of sites stated in the plan you purchased. You may not use one license on additional sites.

3. Payments and Renewals

• Fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes.
• Lifetime licenses are paid once. Recurring plans renew at the end of each period at the listed price unless cancelled, and you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal.
• We may change pricing for future purchases or renewals with reasonable notice.
• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of a recurring plan.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a recurring plan at any time from your account or by emailing us, which stops future renewals. All sales are final; see our Return Policy for details.

5. No Installation or Support

We do not provide installation or support. You are responsible for installing, configuring, and backing up your own website.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your license, account, or plugin files, or resell or redistribute the plugins
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the licensing of any plugin, except as permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the Services

We may suspend or terminate licenses and accounts that violate these Terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI Timely Posts uses artificial intelligence to create articles. Content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for the content published on your website, for reviewing it as you see fit, and for ensuring it complies with the law and any rules that apply to your site.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, our plugins, and related materials are owned by CheapPlugins or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin or service for the site and period covered by your plan. No ownership rights are transferred.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will achieve any particular ranking, traffic, or result. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheapPlugins and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, traffic, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
