This Return Policy applies to purchases made through cheapplugins.com ("we," "us," or "our"). Our products are digital and are available in your dashboard immediately after checkout, so please read this policy before you buy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our plugins and services are delivered digitally and are available immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for lifetime licenses (Auto Focus, Auto Tags) or for AI Timely Posts plans once a purchase is complete.

2. No Installation or Support

We do not provide installation or support. Please make sure a product suits your needs before you buy. Not being able to install, configure, or use a product is not a reason for a refund.

3. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review it and correct any genuine billing error.

4. Cancelling a Recurring Plan

• AI Timely Posts (3-month plan): you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
• AI Timely Posts Yearly: the annual license renews each year at the listed price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the period you have already paid for. You keep access until the end of that period.

5. Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before starting a chargeback with your bank or card provider so we can resolve the issue faster. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and licenses.
